Repubescent

A state of having allowed regrowth of one's pubic hair after having shaved it off, usually describing a male who experiments with pubic shaving and decides he looks better with his normal secondary sex characteristics and stops shaving the pubic region. Could also describe a female, but the usage is less common among females.

He shaved his pubes on a dare but didn't like being a smoothy so decided to go repubescent.
