This means the truth has been written/typed in a chat and no other words or information is needed. Straight to the point. Boom, enough typed. Simliar to "drops mic", but typed instead of spoken.
Can be a hashtag at end of a text or chat like #dropsmouse.

Ex coworker on chat - "My new job sucks, any chance my position is still available?"
Old boss on chat- "Like we want you back after you broke all of the code and bailed on us ....drops mouse"
