He became the leader of Germany Between 1933-1945AD and is responsible for the holocaust and the start of WWII. He was also known as Der Fürher since is German for "The leader" once he became dictator of Germany

Hitler Derangement Syndrom

Hitler derangement syndrome is a pejorative term, usually for criticism or negative reactions to Adolph Hitler that are perceived to be irrational and to have little regard towards Hitler's actual policy positions, or actions undertaken by his administration. This term is usually used by Nazi sympathizers when defending their admiration for Adolf Hitler.

The liberals were placed in camps for the mentally ill because they suffered from Hitler Derangement Syndrome.

Dirty Hitler

Similar to the Dirty Sanchez. Instead of a man or woman sticking there entire index finger up there own turd cutter covering it with poopy. Dirty Hitler only differs in this aspect you just lightly graze the tip of your finger with whichever kinda butt flem is there.
