Chankle

Combination of chicken legs and ankle. Skinny ankles, opposite of cankles.

Skinny legs over there has chankles, but I'll take those over cankles any day!

No matter how much I work out, I still have chankles.

My shoes never seem tied tight enough, it's these damn chankles.
