The gin is a very special phrase. It’s something all men use when they need to get in the zone when they’re stressing out playing video games. It was made by a special person nicknamed, “the gin” aka. (ailgin) and he being the inventor of the phrase, he is just unbeatable at every game he plays.
If you’re losing in a game. Just use the special words “the gin mentality” and then you’ll easily comeback and win

When someone has a paranoia that there are mice under their bed and/or furniture and actually only has the mice but can't handle the stress of it, one gets a **mental mouse** in his/her head when in schizophrenic episodes.
Person 1; Dan got so paranoid, he thinks he has mice under his bed.
Person 2: Yeah he has got a mental mouse going on there.

A type of thought experiment or task that is pointless and stupid but seems like it could be useful if its entire purpose wasn't to impress gullible people or deride people for being grounded.
Elon Musk likes mentally rotate objects in his mind. He talks a lot about how he'd like start a colony on mars, but its all mental rotation - there are lots of inhospitable places on earth to trial out such technologies but he's not interested in solving problems, just marketing.
