a player in a FPS takes on insane skillz and gets obscene kill counts. players commenly mistaken for hacking or cheating, when in fact they are being fragged rap3d and pwned repteatedly by the player in question.
ive heard it used a few times by some higher players, said when a unexpected low raked player begins to do incredibly well.

player 1: 45 kills to 3 deaths? he must be going charles manson
player 2: hes only a rank 3! unf*cking believable!

example 2:
player 1: "watch out! hes going charles manson!"
player 2:"i can take him"
player 3 kills players 1,2,4,5,6,7,8,9,10
player 1:"we were rap3d"

Charlestown

A small town in southern Indiana, not too far north of Louisville. It used to be home to an ammunition plant that was actice in WWII.
It has rather crappy schools that are trying to improve themselves with the 1:1 Program, a program that distributes one Macbook to each student. They're beginning to make some progress, but they've got a long way to go. Their mascot is the Pirates.

Ignorant, Bible-thumping rednecks abound. Beware. Also, like the rest of Indiana, they're obsessed with their sports, especially basketball.

At least it's got some nice open land out in the sticks near town. Beware of trigger-happy people who enjoy shooting anything that moves in their yard, though.

Charlestown is trying to drag itself out of the depths. It's getting there, but it'll be a long haul.

The phrase; 'guilty as charged', is used when admitting to something done whilst inebriated, provoked by the use of narcotics such as weed, mcat etc...

this expression comes from the word charged, the context is pretty self explanatory

"dude i don't believe you told her she was a milf to her face!"

It worked with Dallas and Fort Worth, so it should work with new orleans and the following cities! The Unofficial New Orleans-Baton Rouge-Lafayette-Lake Charles Metropolitan Area would be 2,817,540 people and that would place New Orleans at Number 14 on the All Time Combined Statistical Area which is currently held by The Orlando-Deltona-Daytona Beach, FL CSA (Combined Statistical Area) at 2,747,614
