Ticking it

For something to be described as "ticking it", it must be exceptionally good or very interesting. For a person to be "ticking it", they must be very good-looking or socially admirable. It is similar to words like nang, peng and grade. It originated in Nottingham in 2010. It is a manipulation on the phrase "ticking all the boxes".

A weekend event where three male friends, whom all live in different cities, party with reckless abandon in one of the friends’ home cities.

Friend one lives in Syracuse, friend two lives in New York City, friend three lives in Toronto. By definition, a tricity occurs when friends one and two visit friend three in Toronto.
