Ripped}- it means "wrong" "disgusting" "manky" "ugly" "weird" or "sick" (in a cool way, not actually i got the flu sick)
and sometimes you can use it to describe someones reputation.

person1- "your new shoes are ripped man,"
person2- "thanks!
