While you are playing COD4 "Call of Duty 4" online and one of your friends is at your house you and you switch off controllers after a player dies. An "angel life" is when you take an extra life after you die so you get another turn before you pass the controller.

Angel Sight

Putting immense pressure on your closed eyes that follows with seeing bright purple, red, and blue lights. Also when you open your eyes you are temporary blinded except for you can partialy see at the edges of your sight.

Sometimes used with

ear plugs to block hearing
nose plugs to block smell
cotton pad on tongue to block taste
lying in a bath to block feeling

*note* when blocking other senses this is considered as mysticism
