Get the Pit Stopmug. A "pit-and-run" is a play on the term "hit-and-run" where a pit-bull takes the place of the vehicle.
"Pit and Run" refers to the phenomena where owners of aggressive pit-bulls flee the scene of random maulings carried out by their "fur-babies" in an attempt to avoid legal consequences. This parallels the behavior of perpetrators of vehicular hit-and-runs.

Pit-bulls are responsible for the majority of dog-bite fatalities in the United States in spite of their comparatively small share of the canine population of the country. Many of these fatalities are attributable to pit-and-run incidents. The percentage of owners whose actions are said to constitute a pit-and-run who are ultimately apprehended is not known.

It's not that she's not in the scene, she just doesn't feel the need to prove it by how she dresses. Instead demonstrating how metal she is by hardcore moshing...ask her for her pit injury horror stories because she definitely has plenty.
Not every girl in the pit is a Pit Princess. If she looks like she belongs, she's not a Pit Princess she's just fucking punk. Pit Princess specifically do not conform to the metal aesthetic and are often judged for being posers or excluded for how they dress - until they get in the pit to prove their love for the music and the pit.

Get the Minge Pitmug. We don’t march be we sure do work harder than any other section. We drink and get high on competition nights and fuck at football games. Pit gets the most amount of bitches other than drumline and the colorguard. Somebody always gets wacked in the head with a cymbal and gets hit in the balls with a mallet. It’s where there’s a 10 thousand dollar instrument gets pushed down a hill and destroyed all because we didn’t want to walk around the whole building. You get called lazy because you don’t march and don’t participate in PT, but you work the hardest and put the most amount of time and effort into playing your instrument.
