A self-proclaimed member of a volunteer fire department who is more interested in wearing the department T-shirt for attention and status than actually responding to calls or participating in training. Typically seen at public events, social gatherings, or on social media—rarely at the firehouse when there's work to be done. Prioritizes the look over the labor.

We had ten on the roster, but only three showed up for the fire—the rest are just T-shirt volunteers.
