(Noun) an urban occurrence wherein a collection of Vespa riding swingers cruise about town on a pleasure trip. The term was initially coined by a third party observing the unique occurrence on the eve of March 24th 2019.

(Verb) the act of partaking in a collective pleasure trip upon a caravan of Vespas.

"Let's Vespa Link to Coq et Vin for brunch, they are serving Greek, French and Roman in the matroom."
