This made up word was used in place of Bells Palsy.

Definition: A word that can be used for any meaning to get out of doing something. While it’s actually a serious case, and is classified as a disease; some people go dance around naked while others claw at the floor with a serious case of diarrhea. If you have it, then I don’t know what to tell you, just that you have Perrenchia.

Example: I will not be making your party because I have Perrenchia.
