Bad Decision Shoulders

To rotate ones shoulder's, raising one after another while keeping your arms bent at the elbows whilst gravitating towards a bad decision. Most commonly used to describe someone on the path of unfaithfulness, exuding a particularly joyous excitement about the prospect that is visible in their shoulders.

Nathan gave one last sly smile to Danny, Tom and Rich before giving a vigorous episode of bad decision shoulders then turning and moving towards the ladies at the bar.
