The only difference is that only kids/failures of society use it.
If you spot a person using XD, you should consider blocking them forever and removing them from your life. If the person is nice, not mentally disabled or fun to be around, there is still a chance for them. The only way to cure them is to help the person see how sad and disgusting they really are. You should approach them , at first, only with "normie" memes and build your friendship with them. After you have built a good relationship with the person start making fun of them for using XD. If this doesn`t work you should murder them before they get the chance to breed.
