This is a term used when you are asking somebody what they are up to or what they are doing at the moment. Usually used in the beginning of a sentence, in other words, another way to say whats up.

Yo bro whatchall grippin?

I'm just at the mall shopping with some friends, whatchall grippin later tonight?
