tequila sunrise

Awesome cocktail, once you had it you won't ask for anything else!!
It's called Sunrise because of the way it looks, red/orange/yellow like the sky looks every morning when the sun comes up.
Also the name of a hawt movie that was released in 1988.

How to make a Tequila Sunrise:
1. Poor Tequila and Orange Juice in a longdrinkglass
2. Add 3 icecubes
3. Stir for a few seconds
4. Add a little bit of grenadine in the middle of the glass
5. Put a slice of lemon on the edge of the glass
And there you have it: TEQUILA SUNRISE!!!

Tequila Slammer

A cocktail where a measure of tequila, a measure of lemon juice, and some sparkling wine are poured directly into a glass without stirring or shaking, then the glass is slammed onto the bar or table to mix the ingredients. It is advisable to cover the top of the glass with a hand for this part.

Note: Weaker glasses may break, so use a strong glass.

Tequila Alligator

The hangover that one has after having a big night involving the consumption of numerous tequila based beverages is referred to as being chased by the tequila alligator. Tequila is well renowned for giving its drinkers fierce hangovers and so the discomfort associated with a hangover from drinking tequila is comparable to getting mauled by an alligator.

Tequila

Alcoholic beverage from the town of Tequila, in the state of Jalisco, Mexico. Tequila is made from the Maguey plant, first the leaves are chopped off, then the bottom round piece is processed and tequila is made. A tequila that has aged for a minimum of two months, but less than a year in oak barrels is called Tequila Reposado. A tequila that has aged a minimum of one year, but less than three years in oak barrels, is called Tequila Añejo.
