a George W. Bush-ism used to make him sound like he has a somewhat average intellect. Can be used at the end of any sentence, especially when one is at the tail end of a coke binge.

A term used to complain about high prices, or to describe an extemely exciting set of circumstances. Normally slurred from one drunkin asshole to another whilst they stumble from bar to bar in an unknown land.
