(noun) Stereotypical southern white person. A hick. Generally anyone who would skip anything academic, for Ag. or anything of that sort.

Person 1: Hey, look at that new kid, I bet he's a chicken stacker.

Person 2: Ya, he left half-way through algebra 1 to go to Ag.

Person 1: Algebra 1, isn't he a senior?

Chicken Stacker: Hey ya'll, I jus wen, cleaned up my pigs righ quick, 110% clean!
