Verb: To block possible action from happening by hanging around a girl or guy so others cannot approach and/or feel uncomfortable or uncertain when asking him or her out, getting their number, or calling them after the fact.

When a girl has your load in her mouth, and before she can spit or swallow, you make her laugh which causes it to then erupt out of her nose.
