the brick building can only be called a sniper hill based on were the sniper is located. snipers ontop or right in the windows are classified as being on the hill. were snipers farther back or using the shadows/glare are not.
ANY spot that has more then 2 snipers on it is classified for a sniper nest (A temporary sniper hill) for the rest of that game.

The group of people (hereby referred to as "Targets") cannot tell who dealt the killing blow, but certainly know that someone has them in their cross hairs. A "kill" would be in reference to when the sniper takes a shot, and the target cannot identify the sniper, thus deemed a successful mission. A "miss" however, is when the sniper is identified by it's target(s), in turn, deeming this an unsuccessful mission.
Snipers should avoid the following: egg whites, Fibre One bars, coffee, etc.
Shooting Ranges: elevators, parks & playgrounds, family photos, etc.
**Footnote: no mission is completely unsuccessful if the smell is horrendous.

A way to bully people, as shown in TvFilthyFrank's deleted video HIGH SCHOOL SURVIVOR GUIDE, reuploaded by ReuploadsGalore3. So basically, you and your friends find a smaller and less popular kid that wants to hang out with you guys. So you recruit them in and treat them nicely. Next, recruit an even smaller kid and even less popular kid who wants to hang out with you guys. Recruit him and treat him nicely as well. Now, you find your victim that you want to bully. To bully them, tell the small kid to tell the smaller kid to bully the victim. Now, since the smaller kid is the actual person that bullies the victim, you're good, due to the fact that even if they snitch on you, there's no actual proof of you starting it.
