This phrase means much the same as coffee penus, but can be used by both males and females (since all females except for perhaps late pre-op transsexuals do not have dicks).

feeling: hot sensation near cheek, upper neck and lightness within the head followed by faint and despair

2. something is extremely difficult (sometimes wicked is dropped)

Sufficiently drunk to be able to speak in tongues, roll eyes, disable the beer GPS, have taxi drivers take one to the police, break ankles, shag your manager (or someone elses)and ultimately become mpp. Only excuse is "I have to go somewhere, and do something" Anyway...
