molasses waterfall

A buzzword agile methodology training sold to companies by process consultants as training that won't actually make you any more efficient. Waterfall development being in opposition to agile development.

We hired some consultants to teach us how to synergize and go to market with hockey stick growth, but they just sold us a molasses waterfall and now I'm laid off.

A sugar daddy that isn't quite a sugar daddy. A molasses man is either to poor to be an actual sugar daddy, not dating the person, or both. Another term for a molasses man is stevia friend but molasses man sound better.
