Kawwanna

A Kawwanna is an old Chinese name given to someone who surprisingly has a large penis.
It is quite traditional and is only said in rural and tradition parts of south east Asia.

"I've seen his dick, he's a Kawwanna" (This would obviously would be said in Chinese or an asian language)
