When your boss creates so many grids and versions of these grids you become locked down updating grids

Management had me in utter gridlock

Grimlock

Grimlock is the king if the dinobots and one of the strongest autobots. He is a cool fire breathing Tyrannosaurs Rex and is basically the autobot Starscream and wants to take over the autobots but is still pretty loyal to Optimus prime unlike Starscream is to megatron. He also maybe the dumbest autobot

Gridlocked

When you're unable to form a successful faction due to unfortunate circumstances. (Mostly revolving around the faction counter.)

Luke was gridlocked out of a faction because he had already partnered with Dean and Florangy twice before hand, due to the faction counter reaching his limits with them.
