When you replace the valve mechanisms in all four of your townhouse's toilets, but neglect to replace the flappers, per the directions on the box. You then have to throw a Flapper Fest to remedy the problem.

yapper flapper

Some one who talks too much and runs around looking busy with out actually accomplishing anything. Complains about how busy the work day is and how much there is to do..but seems to spend more time talking about how busy it is and looking busy by walking back and forth going nowhere than actually getting any work done. Usually the people stuck listening to the whining are the ones left to do all the work.

Geez she's such a yapper flapper!
I know..if she would just shut up and hook in and work, the job would be done.
