A person, usually a guy, who's usually large themselves, and tends to be attracted to very small petite person of the other sex.

The state of a man's penis whilst he is sleeping. Not necessarily totally limp, yet not totally hard. First coined during the 9/3/2014 episode of the Daily Show with John Stewart.

The moment in which blood fills up a man's penis about 3/5ths of a way; it is not aggressive but a respectable girth/length. Better than being flaccid, and slightly better than a half chub for all situations. You would want a party chub at almost every occasion, especially at a party or even at a business meeting.
