Philly termed, deriving from the word “Dip”. Initially used as a substitute for the word dip, the word has now become more synonymous with driving fast, or recklessly. Can also be used in exchange for the terms “moves” (ex: “what’s the moves for Sunday?” becoming, “what’s the bips for Sunday?”
Mir: Yo bro how you get here so fast??? I swear you just left like 6-7 minutes ago

General term of reference for pothead used during the early and mid 70's. Could have been used earlier. Was synonymous with the term " burn-outs "
