Hippies or hippy. Van driving, weed smoking, shower-less travelers. Often have dreads and no shoes( or flip-flops).
Over use the peace sign as well.

noun -

1. when a pedestrian transfixes his stare on the pavement half a metre in front of him
2. a common ocular gait, prefered by students who do not wish to acknowledge passers-by who they know but would rather not stop and talk to.
3. pavevisionment may be inadvertent or intentional depending on the eyesight or social skills of the user.
4. pavevisionment is of critical import for those with deficient eyesight, who cannot identify potential friends when looking ahead normally and do not want to cause offence by failing to acknowledge them.

peace day

To take a day off for the following purposes:

1. To isolate oneself from a select group, which can encompass- a: unfavorable coworkers, b: circles of friends, c: society as a whole, d: anyone or anything that may cause dischord on that day.

2. To keep peace of mind.

Things such as taking a day off to relax at home or cutting off certain forms of communication to get things done away from people fall under great ways to spend a peace day.

"Where the hell is Jake? He's not answering his phone, and I have to tell him how pissed I am at Gene..."
"Dude, shut up. He's taking a peace day."
