((The magic city))is a small city (joke of a city) in North Dakota. It used to be small and filled with people. Now it's big and filled with junkies and other addicts. There's not much to do in Minot as everything closes around 8-10pm except BARs, a select few Fast food places and Gas Stations. Minot ND used to be a quiet mostly safe place to live and raise a family. Now it's trashed and full of selfish and entitled people. Minot attracts alot of bad people who have and are looking to abused the small quiet lifestyle.

How jaded-nerved people who crave constant excitement/entertainment might view living in a certain upstate municipality in North Dakota.

I crave peace and quiet, so I probably wouldn't find living in central Ward County to be particularly minotonous.

3 minute rage

To take something meant to keep you partying all night long, go it hard as fuck for 3 minutes and proceed to pass out for 4 hours while still wearing training wheels. Can also include finishing a dj set and in the final 3 minutes proceed to pass out by face planting on the turntables.

Potter popped, and 3 minutes later asked for a quiet place to sleep because he would wake up when it kicked in. 4 hours later he woke up still wearing his training wheels. Man that dude knows how to rock out a 3 minute rage.
