State of incapcitation resulting from marijuana intoxication. Refers to the green lizard from Rugrats. Also references the 1981 Cheech and Chong film 'Nice Dreams' in which Sgt. Stedanko transforms into a lizard after heavy use of an experimental cannabis strain. Can also be pronounced 'ripped-ar.'

An internet webcast featured on the most popular Prank Call radio station in the world called Prank Call Underground Radio (often referred to as PCU) that is hosted by the members of Monkeyphone.
