Narcsensitivity

Someone so narcissistic and with an ego most fragile that when they're corrected on a fact they say "my opinion btw", even tho they made a statement with full confidence

Person1: "PlayableCharacter1 is the most skill character."
Person2: "No its not because of their stats and abilities"
Person1: "My opinion btw"
Person2: "You're a narcsensitivitist, dont talk to me ever again you hypocritical idiot"
(narcsensitivitist = adjective/noun form of the general term narcsensitivity)

Narcotic nightstick

That pain killer induced huge turd you have to take before you can leave the hospital.
