asshole comparison

An informal logical fallacy in which one arguer compares the unpleasant activities of another to her/his own more favorable circumstance. For a comparison to fall under this fallacy, the arguer must both act like the situations are the same and make the other person feel bad about their own circumstance.

Arguer: "You think it's bad being an actuary? Yeah, try being an baby animal cuddler who has no allergies whatsoever."
Other person: "Bullshit! Asshole comparison!"

temporary asshole

A motorcyclist who chooses to "harass" other motorists by riding recklessly, doing stoppies and wheelies on heavily travelled roads, and riding way too fast for the conditions. The rider rarely wears any protection other than a helmet (where required). This is done simply to show off and has great potential to result in a dead, or temporary, motorcyclist. See also squid.

Now that the weather is good, there are temporary assholes riding wheelies all over the place.

1. someone who doesn't have a clue, doesn't care that they don't have a clue and can maintain a constant stfu attitude about not having a clue while knowing that they don't have a clue. (see George W. Bush)

2. Anyone who both disagrees with your position and behaves in a way of which you do not approve. Usually referred to as such when not in immediate physical presence.
