Where a user of a chat site (omegle, chatroullete, etc.) will not:
a. Disconnect from a conversation
b. Direct the flow of a conversation
c. Lie about an answer to a question*
*the only exception is if asked for social security number, phone number, full name, or anyway they can know who you are in "real life"

Rule 34

On the Internet, one who posts sexually explicit material on a non-porn website is usually saw as a rule breaker. He may get banned, but sometimes they escape. Jerks and ohter guys will make jokes aside on this and say that X broke Rule 34, meaning he posted porn in a normal non-NSFW tag.
