When after doing some bad fete ie:robbery,master crime, murder,and your sat at home thinking that you have been seen and the police are gunna kick the door in and arrest you,After a few weeks the paranoia calms down but is still there hence the Still might come syndrome,

1st bloke-Look at John he's still paranoid the police are still coming after him
2nd bloke-Yeah i know he's got paradrome he'll be ok in a few months
