A word that should be wiped out from existence, because even though many people use it properly, there are also many people that use it just because some people don't agree with them.

Licensed racist

A licensed racist is a black/ African hypocritical racist who picks on other minorities who are even smaller population than themselves and makes racist comments about them. If accessed of racism, they'll play it off as "How am I racist I'm black!" "We are only victims!" "Nothing blacks say is racist." "No you're the racist one because I'm black." sometimes whites could be victims too. Whites are the problem root because they let it happen, but mostly the minorities that have smaller number than blacks are suffering licensed racists, not whites, so white people are often condoning this behaviour and gloating.
