When an individual, typically a leader or supervisor, is held accountable for elements within an organization of which he/she has little to no control, and so initiates mitigating measures that are counter productive to the health and success of the organizations a whole.

The abundance of toxic accountability within the organization was so wide-spread, that it threatened to destroy the company as a whole.

The term word "Bait" is a fishing scheme allowing individuals to planning about sign up with YouTube with alt accounts to plotting upload videos with clickbait titles to fishing viewers into the negative attention for clout as the new tool to became negative attention, This will cause negative bait for clowns and trolls to enjoy watching hate comments to calling them out fatherless kids without their fathers, This is the real consequence for Internet communication as negative attention behavior for views and subscribers better then famous YouTubers like Markiplier, Jacksepticeye, MrBeast, Penguinz0, SomeOrdinaryGamers, PewDiePie and other more content creators are big and small, This is the difficult competition for YouTube to beat MrBeast and Dream as the bait content creator for cheating and lying for millions of subscribers and viewers, This isn't entertaining for general audience or content creators for positivity, This is the real baiting for views and subscribers to lie on YouTube to cheat algorithms like a high score speedup on top of the mountain.

Bait accounts are pulling rabbit tricks to viewers into the negative attention for clout, lying and play victim card for fatherless people

full bladder accident

When you had a full bladder that couldn't hold anymore and made you pee yourself

(didn't really happen):I was in the pool for a while and had to pee badly and my friend talked to me for a while and my bladder was bursting my legs were crossed and when my friend stopped talking I got up to use the bathroom and made it but my bladder just couldn't hold anymore and tried to hold long enough to use the toilet but I had a full bladder accident before I could use the bathroom and my bathing suit was soaked in pool water and my pee from my bladder.

Or, "Just add it on to my bill." More often than not, of course, this statement means that you're probably **never** gonna get paid for whatever transaction the person is "delaying".

Amazing how "willing 'n' generous" someone is when they say, "Just put it on my account"... hey, they can comfortably/confidently agree to ANY amount of debt-responsibility, if they actually have no solid intention of ever paying any of it!
