Person 1: figured out how to play Minecraft, COD, and VALORANT on her RTX Intel i47 64 TB RAM 1024 TB Storage Chromebook and beat me all of those games
Person 2: So she's a chromebook geek?
Person 1: I mean, she made a useless web browsing child device into a gaming pc!
Person 3: Person 1, your new girl is just a stupid person who never understands what things can and cannot do.

Somebody who is very good with computers and does not have a normal social life.

Sometimes the term "geek" can be used to describe someone with a strong interest for something other than computers.

I'm a computer geek. I can set up Active Directory, write an executable program, and run Windows in a virtual machine, but there's no way I can ask a girl out on a date.

She's a history geek.

geek rock

Bands like Weezer,Talking Heads,Devo and Led Zeppelin made up of geeks.A lot of heavy metal fits into this category,as bands such as Iron Maiden litter their songs with allusions to such geeky subjects as fantasy battles.Certain prog-rock bands such as Pink Floyd also dabble in Geek Rock from time to time,with concept albums and tracks up to 20 minutes in length.

Led Zeppelin are gods of Geek Rock,half their songs are actually about Lord of The Rings

(Synonym of nerd) The kids who usually sit in the back of class and only talk to awnser a question or chat about a topic that falls into these catagories: anime or manga, video games, science, math or another low key social topic. Although most kids are picked on they do get revenge by becoming your boss later on, however as with all social groups some differences can occur such as: A preppy nerd, A cool nerd, a Nerd who gets F's, and Blerds

I wish i didn't pick on that geeky kid in high school or i wouldn't be looking for a new job.
