The phenomenon where a group of young women, typically in their 20s or 30s, descend upon coffee shops, restaurants, or public spaces around mid-morning (especially 10:30 AM), clogging lines and disrupting normal flow with excessive orders (like pupcups for their dogs) and taking selfies, often oblivious to the inconvenience caused to others.

I just wanted a quick coffee at 10:30, but the Whitegirl:30 hit the drive-thru, with three cars ahead ordering pupcups and snapping selfies, holding up the whole line.
