When a person is using a public washroom and the occupants in the stalls next to them are having a conversation that they are not included in. The person excluded from the conversation is the turd wheel.

Three people are using a public washroom. Two of these people are friends and the other is a random person. The two friends have a conversation while taking a team poo. The other person is excluded from the conversation, becoming the turd wheel, and left to poop by their lonesome.
