Scapegoading

To simultaneously glorify or laud an event (often for the purpose of taunting an impacted party) while also casting blame for the event on that party or a party affiliated with them. The blame-casting element is often based in extreme conspiracy or innuendo, as the more insultingly outrageous the accusation, the more effective the taunt.

"Steve celebrated the arson that burned down his ex's house, before cruelly musing to the victim's friends that it was most likely caused by her hair dryer, despite the fact that she was bald. Even long after they had split, he was still scapegoading at every opportunity."

Scapegoat

A person who is blamed for the wrongdoings, mistakes, or faults of others.

A project at a company fails due to poor management decisions, unrealistic timelines, and insufficient resources. Instead of the management taking responsibility for these systemic issues, they blame the project's lead developer for the poor code quality and missed deadlines, effectively using them as a scapegoat to avoid scrutiny of their own planning.

random scale

The Random Scale or, The R.R. System is the measure of how random to Right a person is. On a line scale, the middle point is neutral. The other end on the left is Random, and the space between the neutral and the random is "neutral random". On the right of Neutral, is the "Right" ppl. Between the Right and the neutral is "neutral Right". (see eg.1 for a better understanding..)
Random Ppl can have a level of seriousness. They they move slowly up the scale but still maintain a level of randomness.
When right ppl attempt to be random, then the scale swtiches! This is called The Switch

eg.1
Random person:..i have a pineapple...and it is pink..=D
Right person: ..Rigggghhhht
(By saying a random coment to someone, u can determine wether they are random or right by their answer)

Bag Scale

Scale having a range from zero to three describing the sexual attractiveness versus the ugliness of the intended partner. Compiled from Bag Job (=1 or single bagger), Double Bagger (=2 or an insurance bag on one's own head in case the partner's bag should fall off or rip) and Triple Bagger (=3, indicating that the dog should also have a bag placed over it's head otherwise the carpet may become covered in dog faeces and vomit when the poor mutt witnesses the horrible act).

Sweet Jesus! She was so ugly I would have to give her a 2.8 on the Bag Scale.
