Fantasy Adventure to Adult Lechery (first edition; 2002) or From Another Time Another Land (second edition; 2004), is a dark fantasy tabletop role-playing game designed for incels. It's infamous for its overtly misogynistic and racist rulebook, and its character creation process obsessed with sex organs. It's unclear whether this system has actually been used to run campaigns, or if it primarily exists as a curio of TTRPG history.

It's hard to overstate the bizarre mix of thirst and confusion that went into designing FATAL. Part of the character creation process is rolling for maximal anal circumference.
