To be heavily modified, as in a car with a nice paint job (no fake racing stripes), a kit, rims, an un-ricered spoiler, and all the goodies for the engine and maybe goodies inside too.

Did you see Jose's tricked out Mustang? He got black seats with suede trim, a computer inside, riding on 19's with fat tires and that supercharged engine sounds mean.

Bubby was one of the first people to perform the disco trick live in front of hundreds of people. Well they weren't really looking so they missed it.
