farmoaner

This is the person who owns the farm but moans and complains to the hard working farmassist who does the hard work and for some reason wants a living wage.

The farmoaner sat on the shaded porch with iced tea in hand as he ordered the farmassist to complete tasks in the hot sun, but the farmoaner complained of the wages he had to pay and acted as if it was he who was burdened by circumstance.
