Similar to a kangaroo, to SimonKangaroo is to bounce up and down on the scoreboard between matches in FPS games such as Valorant or CS:GO. Like a kangaroo, this also requires spending most of the time low on the ground (low on the scoreboard), and only occasionally shooting up to the top of the scoreboard when "in the zone", or "bouncing".
