A person that is at the moment intoxicated by alcohol to the extent of losing control of one's behavior followed by passing out on the couch. One may dream of being on the curling team in the Olympics.

He was so ottofied that he acted as if he was curling at the over 50 Olympics. A fork and meatball is preferable during dinner. Don't forget the butter.
