1. A combination of boring and horrifying.

2. When you're so bored you become horrified of yourself.

Basically anything that has to do with being bored and horrified, you combine the words making "Borrifying".

bored progression

n. The process by which one ends up browsing various Wikipedia articles or Youtube videos that are of little or no interest but seemed like they might be interesting at the time. It's likely you'll end up on something totally irrelevant and forget what you were supposed to be doing.

Clearly, the expression is a pun on the musical term "chord progression".
