When you tell someone a secret, there is most likely two people that they will tell that secret to.

then that person has two people, then that person has two more people, and so on.

repeat the process until the entire town knows your secret. usually performed by bitches, hence the name.

Guy 1: Hey, dude did you hear that your girlfriend cheated on you?
Guy 2: Yeah.
Guy 1: How do you know?
Guy 2: Through the Bitch Network.
