A girl who is struggling in her life but is trying her hardest to make it through. Really pretty. Usually all the boys are chasing her because they want to be around her not knowing her insicurities. She has a lot of friend that will stand up for her. She is smart, athletic and down right awesome. If you know a Rylie Garner you are down right lucky.
