A bad personal trainer who only shows their clients how to use machines and then watches the client(s) use said machine. The personal trainer shows their client how to use a machine and then 'counts reps'. The personal trainer is not really training the client but rather 'counting reps' since anybody can read the directions on the machine and perform an exercise. The personal trainer doesn't add any value to the clients training session.
Sherrie the trainer just put me on a machine and sat there, she's a 'Rep-Counter' not a real personal trainer

On TSR when you realise that the only thing that matters is accruing rep points and showing off your gems.
So your posts become about getting rep, either through posting early on a thread with something witty or sucking up to other members with lots of rep.
It can become quite obvious at which point you get a reputation for being a rep whore or, as the gems are green colour- a greendigger.

"Rep-whoring is so tragic"
"Did you see that rep whore in that thread posting the GIF"
"Yeah it was so obviously for rep"
"Classic greendigging behaviour"
"That user always thirsts for rep from the boys with all the gems, classic rep-whore"

That guy you always see in the gym who loads the Bench Press up to a very impressive level, before making a fool of himself by only extending his arms half way through each repetition.
Also seen when a guy is trying to impress the ladies with as many push-ups as he can muster, only to not push himself more than a carrot's-length from the ground.

Corporal #1: Oh wow, I rarely see Sir in the gym at the same time as us, I was starting to think he never went at all!
Corporal #2: Wow Lieutenant Scotts must be a unit to push all that weight!
*Lt. Scotts barely raises the bar above his chest before lowering it, and repeats*
Corporal #1: Yeah, I knew it: he was totally lying when he bragged about his bench press.
Corporal #2: No doubt, he's just Harry Half-Reps!
